Arrival in Quito.

Welcome to Quito! It is the most visited city in Ecuador due to its rich culture, being considered the "Art Relic of America," and it was the first city to be declared a UNESCO "Cultural Heritage of Humanity." The city is surrounded by the volcanoes Pichincha, Antisana, Cotopaxi, and Cayambe, which form the Andean contour.

Depending on your arrival time, you can spend the day exploring the old town of Quito and its surroundings. We can help organize a day trip (request in advance).

In the evening, one of our guides will meet you in the hotel lobby for a welcome briefing at 6:00 PM. At this time, we will discuss details and questions you may have about the adventure. Our first day is for acclimatization and information.

Included: accommodation at Swissotel Quito or similar in double occupancy.

Not included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Quito – Galapagos – Transfer in – Highlands – Twin Craters (Crateres Gemelos).

In the morning, after a delicious breakfast, one of our guides will be waiting to transfer you to the airport for your flight to the Galapagos Islands. Once you arrive in Baltra Island, you will meet your local guide, be picked up and transferred to Santa Cruz, a nearby island, crossing the narrow Itabaca Channel by ferry. From here, we will continue by car to our first stop in the highlands of Santa Cruz.

The highlands are home to the iconic Galapagos giant tortoises. Here, you will visit a private ranch where you can walk in search of the giant tortoises. During this visit, you will also see some lava tunnels formed when the surface of a lava flow solidifies. After this tour, you will continue in a private vehicle to your hotel. Here, your local guide will explain the next day's itinerary.

Enjoy the rest of the afternoon free to relax and explore this beautiful island.

Included: accommodation at Villa Laguna Hotel or similar in double occupancy, breakfast, and lunch.

Not included: dinner.

Bay Tour – Playa de los perros.

After a delicious breakfast at approximately 8:30 AM, we will take a walk to the Main Dock where we will board a boat authorized by the PNG for approximately 15 minutes of navigation to Punta Estrada, where from the boat we will observe blue-footed boobies, frigates, gulls, etc. Then, we will snorkel in Franklin Bay for about 45 minutes. Snorkel equipment will be provided free of charge to anyone who wishes to use it. In this area, you will see a variety of colorful fish, sea turtles, small sharks, etc.

After this, we will head to another point, the Shark Channel located at Punta Estrada, where we will disembark to visit the shark channel formed by magma chamber swellings. Here, we will observe the harmless white-tip reef sharks. Next, we will walk approximately 10 minutes to Playa de los Perros located at Punta Estrada, a walk where we will observe the island's native vegetation until we reach the beach where we can find marine iguanas. There will be time to take photos and enjoy the scenery.

Swimming is not allowed in this area. After this, we will visit Las Grietas, walking 15 minutes past the salt mines.

Las Grietas is a natural pool where saltwater from the sea mixes with freshwater from the highlands of the island, filtering through the cracks and gathering in this unique place, ideal for swimming with fish and snorkeling. It offers excellent opportunities for photography.

Return to the hotel around 12:30 PM, lunch, and free afternoon.

Included: accommodation at Villa Laguna Hotel or similar in double occupancy, breakfast, and lunch.

Not included: dinner.
