Humantay Lagoon

We start the excursion very early in the morning, heading north. We travel by land for approximately 3 hours, passing through the towns of Limatambo and Mollepata until we reach Soraypampa, where our hike begins.

The hike (about 3 hours) has a moderate level of difficulty, especially in the final section (local people offer horseback riding as an option). Once we arrive at Humantay Lake, our guide will provide a detailed explanation of the natural surroundings. You will then have free time to explore the area and take the best photos of this stunning destination.

Afterward, we will enjoy a refreshing lunch before starting our return journey to Cusco. We then continue back to the city of Cusco.

Super Sacred Valley Tour: Maras – Moray – Salt Mines – Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes)

In the morning, we head north to the town of Chinchero, where we will receive an introduction to the textile industry, one of the main activities of this community. We will also visit archaeological centers from the Inca period.

Next, we travel to the circular terraces of Moray, considered an ancient agricultural laboratory where the cultivation and adaptation of crops played an important role. Here, you will also enjoy spectacular views of the circular and elliptical terrace designs.

We then continue to Maras to visit the traditional salt mines, where we will observe the artisanal salt extraction process.

Afterward, in the heart of the Sacred Valley, we stop in the town of Urubamba for a buffet lunch (included).

In the afternoon, we visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, where you will enjoy incredible views and learn about Inca construction techniques.

At the end of the day, we board a tourist train to Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes), where we will spend the night at the selected hotel.

Machu Picchu Tour

At the scheduled time coordinated with your guide, we will take the bus to the महान Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

We will enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of the Inca city, visiting its houses, plazas, terraces, temples, and breathtaking viewpoints, while learning about its rich history.

After the tour, we return to Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes), where you will have free time for lunch (on your own).

In the afternoon, we board the train back to Ollantaytambo and then continue by land transport to Cusco.

Rainbow Mountain

The day begins early with a two-hour drive south to Cusipata. From there, we’ll continue on a dusty road for another hour to reach Phulawasipata. The hike begins here, with the option to rent horses from the local community. As we ascend, you’ll enjoy breathtaking landscapes, including herds of llamas and alpacas. Along the way, we’ll see the towering Ausangate glacier (21,100 ft), adding a magical touch to the experience. Local wildlife, such as chinchillas, Andean geese, and mountain caracaras, will accompany us on the trail. After a two-hour hike, we’ll reach the iconic Rainbow Mountain at 16,600 ft. After exploring and taking photos, we’ll descend and return to Cusipata for lunch before heading back to Cusco.
